This function will delete specified user from local contact llist
* Add notes system
This is quick note system. Commands:
- "\addnote text" Add note in base
- "\notes" Show shotr headers of all notes and their ID's
- "\delnote ID" Delete note with id = ID
* Add function "\delcurassoc"
Delete current association ($current_assoc = 0)
* Add opportunity to send messages to offline users
* Commands \list and \check must return sub status as well E.g. away, n/a, et cetera
