The Sol Brothers are club stalwarts Aston Harvey and Andrew Galea.

Coming from different ends of the house spectrum they combine forces to create their distinctive
 uplifting, pounding and progressive sound.

The boys have been involved in music since the late eighties, Aston having been involved with
projects ranging from proto-breakbeat pioneers "Blapps Posse" to his work with respected
production team "Uno Clio". Andrew comes from the DJ`ing circuit having built up a name over the
past years to the point where he is in the process of putting together the next JDJ compilation. You
can catch him at most of the top clubs all over the UK.

For their first Fresh release "Keep it Movin" they injected a healthy dose of the Latin Flava and mixed
it up with a side helping of pumping house. Following that came their slamming Renaissance anthem,
"Believe In Me" pacey and full on, the track established them as prime movers in the UK scene -
"Chunky and Funky" as Mixmag Update put it. Then came the eciectic "In Da Sol E.P" Again
percussive house met pure thumping UK style, with the added interest of quirky breakbeat workout
"That Elvis Track" complete with funky bass and Japanese compare telling us of his fascination for Mr
Presley. What comes next? Well, the brothers present their interpretation of DSK classic "What
Would We Do". Featuring the original DSK vocals, the track tugs at the heart strings as it pumps
along and is set for a club and national chart action. Coupled with this the boys remix career is
rocketing with some of the most floor filling mixes of the moment. could `97 be the year of the Sol?
