                      A DJ for 10 years now John is still growing stronger. What started as
            a typical bedroom DJ developed into a full time profession. He made
            his first career steps in Cape Town, South Africa where he played the
            legendary Vortex Open Air parties. His bookings included sets at the
            Bar Do Me, The White Room and Pharside.

            In 1994 he moved to London and managed to get a weekly residency
            at Club UK, which was one of the leading clubs in England at the
            time. Soon he became recognised for his banging House and
            Techno sets. From this stage his career took off and bookings
            followed from all over the world including Twilo/New York,
            Factory/Australia, The Boom Club/Rio de Janeiro, Love Parade/Berlin
            and Gorgeous/Copenhagen just to name a few.

            After a while, djing wasn´t enough and he started produciong. His
            first ever production, Paragon EP, was for the Belgian label Yellow
            Cab in 1995. Since then, John hasn't looked back. The years
            1998/99 were special to him as he got well noticed for his remix for
            Van Bellen, La Paloma (Sounds Good), which entered the Top 20
            Dance Charts in the UK.

            Several solo projects followed: Lepore/Trust Me, Johnson -
            Baltes/Reaction, Sonic Tribe/Rotation, John Johnson/Impact, Power
            Dove/Sonic, as well as remixes for Jennifer Lopez, Bedrock, LSG,
            Oliver Lieb and Fridge just to mention a few.
 

            Apart from being a DJ, Producer and remixer, John become the label
            manager of Alphabet City's UK division In January 2000.
            Furthermore, he set up his own label, Sonic City, which also runs
            under the Alphabet City banner.

            His first visit to Club Gorgeous will definitely not be his last
