What is SmartICQ?
SmartICQ is the console ICQ client (demon) written on PHP language, which works in redirect mode, it is like sort of a gateway, which redirects messages between you and your ICQ users. It has not dialog interface, but it is remote controlled from owner ICQ. Apart from this, it understands system shell commands from admin ICQ only.

Target users
It is useful for users like me. Every day i use ICQ on about 4-6 different computers in different time. By using smartICQ, i am always online (because smartICQ is running, for example on my home server with my original public UIN, which all know, next public UIN), thus, all history files are saved on one computer, where smartICQ is running. But from those different computers i use private UIN (which nobody know, next private UIN), which is unknown for all my interlocutors. So, in private UIN contact list only one number - my public UIN. By the way, when i use ICQ from mobile phone, there is essintial economy of traffic :)
